We spent a YEAR looking for our dream home in a very competitive market. We move a lot and have worked with many local realtors. I would guess we toured nearly 75+ homes with THREE kids with lots of competing/changing criteria between the Mr. and Mrs. Sandy is patient, has a great sense of humor, and is always quick to defuse a buyer meltdown (child or adult). She is responsive and well-connected which is important is such a hot market. When we finally found our home, she paid for a professional organizer to help us unpack and settle in and brought the kids' snacks and dinner for the family. Thanks to her help, we were about 70% unpacked on day one! I don't just consider Sandy a great realtor, she's also become a dear friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to prospective buyers/sellers!!

Amazing! Sandy got a very complicated deal DONE for us in just a few weeks! She was passionate from the start and helped us find the perfect home in just two days. Then helped us negotiate an extremely favorable deal, with tons of extras, days later. We had a contract for the perfect home in less than 1 week for under budget. Then she went mile to help get one of the first no limit VA loans in Colorado. Her persistence, and professionalism helped us navigate through a new approval system. When our original lender got stuck on the new program, Sandy quickly found us a new lender, with a better terms and saved us thousands! She was with us every day and always. knowledgeable and thorough. I can not recommend better representation!
