Haelen Mental Health

I recently started using Haelen Mental Health and have had a great experience so far. Allison and Arielle were both very helpful and efficient with the onboarding process. The provider I am seeing is Tara and she is very kind and knows her stuff. She has been more than willing to put in the work with insurance to get things covered if needed. She is a great listener and provides structured short term and long term goals. I would recommend!

The receptionist I spoke with, her name escapes me, was knew who can do what and who specialized in what. She was also very friendly and knew the procedure of intake step by step. Loved her. Tara, the physiatrist I see, is wonderful. She is kind, understanding, and knows her trade well. I have a bad track record of doctors not listening or dismissing what I say, she does not do that. She listens and will help come up with options with you. She also will tell you about medication in human not giant words no one but doctors use or know. Plus she has a cute puppy I can see on telehealth sometimes.
