MIND-BOGGLING how horrible the service is. My husband needed a suit for wedding, and in the midst of trying on suits, the sales associate had him wear TUX pants with this suit jacket to try on (whyyyy?). After this he WOULD not listen to what brands and sizes I was asking for. He just kept bringing sizes that didn't fit my husband at all. At the end of this all, we ordered pants online with him from a different location to be shipped. The other men's warehouse sent the wrong pants (again, whyyyy?). After going into make a return the sales associates made us purchase the right pants again, and said they can't give us a refund for the pants that are the wrong color, brand, and size? I've now spent hours on the phone with customer service just to get money back from a problem that should've been resolved the moment I went into this location to receive a refund. I wish I could have back the hours of agony I've spent with every men's warehouse employee I've worked with. Utter disbelief.

I bought a suit a couple months ago and had it tailored here. Unfortunately the stitching came out of one of the pant legs (oh well it happens), so I brought it back in to see if they could fix it. One of the guys in there apologized and immediately brought it to the back. I left in less than 10 minutes with fixed, pressed pants. Really great service and nice people here. Ill need a couple more suits for work when summer rolls around and will absolutely be coming here for them.
