        Dr King was, as always, very courteous and kind, explained reasons for everything, even results of blood work and scans in the hospital which helped me immensely. She also got rid of meds I wasn't using in my med record; listened to my extraneous complaints and gave me some insight. Very patient with my criticisms, very positive.

        I have talked to Jennifer several times on the phone, but this was the first video visit. As always she was very understanding and helpful. I decided not to make another appointment now but to leave it open if I need to talk to her again, and she was fine with that.

        We have been seen in the lab several times recently with our young kids having blood drawn and the service and professional skills are outstanding! My 4 year old still talks about how she had her blood taken from her but it was okay because she got a rainbow of bandages. Thank you for taking the extra time to make her feel cared for and safe.
