image Wouldnt even give one star if I didnt have toLiterally the WORST experience Ive ever had with a dr office. I went in for an annual check up and requested to get a full blood panel and hormones checked. Blood was drawn but 1.5 months later never received results. Was put on antibiotics and then learned I didnt actually need them and the nurse laughed about it when telling me. Also found out they are charging me for tests I was never communicated to about or asked for and that my blood was sent in for genetic testing instead of what we had discussed. When I expressed frustration to the dr he recommended I see a behavioral therapist. Neither the dr or the nurses really listened to my concerns or seemed to take any of my symptoms seriously and communication has been abysmal. Was told multiple times they would call me back with information or that they would call in a prescription but Ive had to call to remind them days later. Seriously the worst.

image This place diagnosed me with pneumonia and told me a doctor would call me back with treatment advice. No call ever came and after I called back all they told me to do was go to the emergency room. No regard for patients health or well being at all and Dr. Wilson does nothing but send patients to the emergency room after not giving them calls back that were promised. Most unprofessional medical care Ive ever received.
Just for an update: After doctor Wilson refused to call me back and treat me for Pneumonia instead telling the receptionist to tell me to go to the ER, I have now accrued a 3 thousand dollar ER bill and was just given another dose of a prescription I already had. This place never one time cared to properly treat me, failed to send prescriptions and lab results to other offices on multiple occasions, and refused to return my calls on multiple occasions. Not to mention when asked if there was an alternative to going to the ER the nice receptionist told me if "You really cared about your health you'd go." All in all, find literally anywhere else to get healthcare. These people are rude, inconsiderate, and incapable of their jobs.

Have been coming here for several years with no issues. Yesterday I requested a medication refill and was planning to head to the mountains for the weekend. I went to the office to make sure it would get filled so I could leave for my trip. While there I was told that due to high volume of patients and shortage of staff, "I was NOT a priority". Didn't get the refill, didn't go on the trip. I know I am not a 'priority', just don't need to be told that to my face. This is sad.

image Held my heart medication hostage so I would schedule an appointment with my primary care physician despite the fact that I had seen a cardiologist in the past two months. Predatory business practice endangering their patients' health so they can charge my insurance for a yearly visit. If you care about your health, find a better provider. Also, I haven't seen the actual doctor the last two times I visited. Next step will be reporting this dereliction of duty of care to the state and federal government.
