Carmen Decker was the best! I had a complaint filed against my mortgage license that was found to to meritless through DORA and Carmen represented me in the matter. Her communication was amazing and advice spot in. She also had a great working relationship with the investigator which I found to be very helpful. If you find yourself in the unlucky position needing to fight a complaint against your license in the state of Colorado Carmen is the one to hire!
