Very pleased from the beginning. They called to schedule my appointment and on the day of my appointment I received a text informing me they were on their way with a tracking link to let me know how far they were. Erick and his crew came out for an estimate for replacing and relocating my water heater. From the time they arrived they were very polite and went through the whole process about the service I was needing. They answered any questions I had. They were very respectful and very knowledgeable. I havent hired Howards Heating And Cooling yet but I will be! Thank you Manny and Chase!

A new Trane furnace and air conditioning system was recently installed by Howards Heating and Cooling. Their salespeople and installation crews were courteous and professional. We went with the variable air system and are very pleased with the outcome. My son asked if the system was turned on because it was so quiet. Howards Heating and Cooling deserves a special mention. I've already told my family and friends about them.

I highly recommend Howards Heating And Cooling, theyre a small family own business with great service! Erick was very friendly when booking my appointment and was able to work with my schedule. Kevin the service technician came to do the annual maintenance to my air conditioning! Im very impressed with his professionalism and knowledgeable! Also Im very happy that he was wearing a face mask, gloves and booties when entering my home. I felt very safe to know that theyre taking all safety measurements with COVID. Thank you for keeping me comfortable!

Eric was great, he is very professional, very polite young man. He troubleshoot my unit and found the problem in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend him to work on anyone's heat pump AC unit. Next time I have a problem I hope I get him again. I recently had my annual furnace and fireplace serviced and maintained by Howards Heating and Cooling. Eric came over on time and was very professional and courteous and expounded the whole process for both components. It was such a magnificent job and cant hesitate to recommend them more.
