Decent selection. Staff is friendly but not always the most resourceful depending on the time of day. They take Apple Pay now, much to the displeasure of my checking account. Returns are a pain in the butt, I purchased a set of blinds that is a Lowes exclusive brand that were the incorrect size. I didnt want a refund, just to swap for the correct size. I could have cared less about the cost difference of about $20. Frustrating that they wouldnt work with me to find a solution other than having to spend another $65 on blinds and still have one that was too large. Garden section Im always has half dead plants for half off which has helped me to win yard of the month every month since September of 2021.

I needed some special size metric hardware. Carolyn was amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable and took her time to understand my project that I was working on. She made suggestions that made a lot of sense. Such a good experience I had. Thank you Carolyn.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service I experienced at Lowe's. It is infuriating to see a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction fall short in every aspect. From the moment I entered the store, I was met with indifference and a complete disregard for my needs as a customer. The staff at Lowe's seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, their lack of knowledge and unwillingness to help was astonishing. It felt like pulling teeth just to get basic information or assistance with finding a product. To make matters worse, when I tried to voice my concerns to a manager, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of empathy. It is clear that Lowe's does not value its customers or their concerns. It is unacceptable to treat paying customers with such disrespect. I will not be returning to Lowe's and will make sure to share my terrible experience with others. It is important to hold companies accountable for their actions, and Lowe's has failed miserably in that regard. As a customer, I deserve better and I will take my business elsewhere.
