Tuesday Morning

Am practically in tears that these stores are closing. Funny story--I used to work on I-25 and Colorado, and would pass a Tuesday Morning. It was in a strip mall, and the windows were blacked out. Tbh, I thought it was a drug or alcohol rehab place, lmao. It didn't look like a STORE. But eventually I saw another location, on University, and wandered in. I was HOOKED. I have extremely expensive taste, but not the budget, alas. Tuesday Morning allowed me to buy Sferra bed linens and Peacock Alley towels at GREAT prices. I have also found D. Porthault for Dan River and other Italian luxury brands. Nearly every towel I have is Turkish cotton from Tuesday Morning. I've bought furniture, toys, dog and cat stuff, more towels, comforters, Sferra cotton blankets and coverlets, bed pillows, patio stuff, planters, and countless silk decorative pillows here. I went to one location last week. Pickings are slim, discount is 10%. They do have patio cushions already stocked. The mood is somber. There weren't any Sferra sheets left, but I did buy an aqua duvet set. I don't NEED it, but it's very pretty. I change duvet covers/quilts/comforters with the seasons, and my usual white summer duvet set needs a break. So I'll switch to aqua this summer. I also bought some sheer white curtains. The lace ones I currently have (from Tuesday Morning MANY years ago) also need a break. I have lovely white Peacock Alley curtains, too. They were in my daughter's room. So, if you get a chance, meander over there before everything is gone. Sigh.

Went there because I received an email stating up to 20% off storewide.  The email was extremely deceiving.  Only the carpets which are about 5% of the store was on sale 20% off. No wonder they are going out of business.

The manager, Corrie is probably the nicest , most helpful, most welcoming and most helpful person Ive ever come across in the guest service industry. She is an absolute treasure for your company.

I have even shopping at this store since it opened in my part of town . Prior to that zi shopped it at the S University location but that was a bit harder due to its location. I Love Tuesday Morning . They always have interesting name brand stuff from dog stuff to kitchen n bath . Clothing an slippers . Exotic imported goods . The jelly is always so good w a great selection of flavors . I find decent Baklava here especially around Christmas . Prices are reduced and affordable . They have a large linen an accessories . Comforters and blankets . Pillows . Candles . Childrens books, puzzles, games . I typically spend at least an hour bc there are so many bargains . I make sure Ive seen all the merch esp now with Christmas n Hannakuh . Unusual Birtgday presents . If you plan your visit and take some time to browse you will be pleasantly surprised .
