Do not close if additional work is required on anything.
On closing the following issues existed:
47 occurrences of substantial damage to engineered hardwood floor
4 Instances of damage to bathroom tile
Cracked and uneven driveway
3 instance of noticeable cabinetry damage
House wasn't cleaned. Dirt and debris concealed the amount of damage to flooring.
Background
Circumstances pushed closing on home when the home was not ready. Consensus by Taylor Morrison was the home required additional work. Verbal and written agreement drafted that additional work would be done after close. 67 days past close, minimal work has been done. My experience is not isolated. Service: Home building
