        A new residential area built by a lot of Hispanic people.

        We currently live in the area and love Sterling Ranch. We stopped in to look at these homes because we were considering an upsize to our current home. The homes base price was listed at 625,000. We understand that there are some designer fees etc. We visited about five times in the last month and kept asking questions and seeing what options were availalble. Not until visiting with our realator did they mention a 50K lot fee and another immediate fee that brought the price up to 725,000 before any additional features were discussed. That has to be the most deceptive builder we have dealt with so far. They could have mentioned the 100,000 cost difference at least one of the five times we met with the agents at this location. Don't waste your time.
