I have an appointment with Kellie Smith every 3-4 weeks. It is an amazing experience! One of the things I love is how deeply Kellie listens to what's happening with me in order to recommend possible solutions. She recently brought out a line of supplements which Included a Calcium - Magnesium supplement that has been far more effective than any other Magnesium I've used to relieve leg cramps. Hers works!

I've been going to Balanced Living LLC for several years now and I'm so grateful for the services I've received and how they change, improve and enrich my life! Typically I'm a very upbeat, positive and happy person; yet several years ago I was in a slump, feeling depressed and discouraged, and just couldn't seem to move through it. A friend suggested I schedule a Biofeedback session with Kellie, so I did. By the end of the session I felt like myself again! I've also had Biofeedback sessions, when I wasn't physically feeling well, to get my body back in balance. The Bars sessions helped me release limiting beliefs and move forward in a way that better served me. These changes were subtle, yet very powerful; and definitely noticeable to me! I continue to experience a variety of sessions on a regular basis as a means to stay as healthy as possible on all levels - mental, spiritual, emotional and physical. I recently had several Light Therapy Sessions to help with healing after eye surgery and also with healing and eliminating pain/discomfort in my spine after a car accident. As soon as the sessions were over I notice my vision was very clear and the pain/discomfort in my spine was no longer present! (PS - All of the practitioners at Balanced Living LLC are caring, skilled and wonderful people! I highly recommend them!)
