Hello there
Well every business and company makes mistakes.
Its how they handle the situation.My order and delivery for flowers to my BFF was a mistake. I was very disappointed
Accidentally what I ordered and paid for was not what was delivered. But it was an honest mistake.
Hey _____ happens Right?
Well today I spoke to Bill the owner, Im so impressed at how he handled the mistake.
Such great business man. I recommend doing business with this guy anytime. Not only is he going to replace the flowers but hes going to also refund what I paid for them. In todays world you dont find many managers and businesses that go over and above to make things right for the customer.
I highly recommend using this Florist and just ask for Bill (owner)

Had a terrific experience ordering flowers for my mothers birthday. I live out of town and was able to contact the owner directly and get a beautiful arrangement for her. The owner was so sweet and kind and helped me very promptly with picking out a beautiful arrangement over the phone he let me know that he was recently sick in the hospital and his daughter accidentally deactivated his Google account, he has been working in the area for years And unfortunately, lost his listing with all of his review! I couldnt be more impressed and happy how her birthday flower arrangement turned out! 10/10 Will definitely be ordering again
