Very happy with the product we ordered (CoreTec LVP) with Marc at the Westminster store and could not be more satisfied with the installation. Peter and his crew were exacting and paid an outstanding attention to detail. They showed up on time and did an fantastic job!

Moved to Littleton 2 months go, and wanted to replace 2 bedrooms with quality carpet before moving in. Jennifer at the Coal Mine and Wadsworth, Littleton store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had several phone conversations, prior to me going in to make a final decision. Jennifer gave me an education on carpet quality and value. Installation was easy to schedule and flawless. We are very happy with our choice, and would contact Jennifer for any other flooring needs we may have in the future. She was professional from start to finish.

We ordered vinyl from the carpet exchange at Coalmine and Wadsworth. We were told it would take one week to get it in after we paid for it. Eva (pronounced Ev-a) told us we could pay by phone with credit card. No problem! We paid. The next day we asked if there was a delivery date? Eva decided to let us know we would have to print out the receipt, sign it , and then bring it in and then she would order the vinyl. Since we were around the corner it would have been good to know that night. The vinyl we wanted got sold- that night to someone else, unknown to us. Eva-didnt bother to follow up. She confirmed to us that the product was ordered and should be in by Friday. Well Friday came and went and no vinyl. So we called and Eva then told us it should be in by Friday the first. Btw-all of this started November 9th. We have been waiting on the flooring so we could put our kitchen back together. Last night I called and got Rob. Rob apologized and said he would talk to his store manager. I called again this morning and got Rob again. Rob said, gosh- Steve just left! I asked- did you talk to him? He said no. I will try his cell phone and have him give you a call. I didnt feel like he was sincere. I let Rob know Id would call their DM if I didnt hear from Steve today. Honestly, its just poor customer service! Im just disgusted at this point. I wish Id never spent money there. Im wondering just how long its going to take to either get my money back or the product.
