        Our experience was a year ago so I don't expect or need a response but wanted to add my experience to help anyone else who might be thinking of using them. We ordered flooring for a sunroom and chose to use their installers. They were AWFUL. Never returned calls and once I finally got them out (after calling the store to cancel our order), they did a terrible job. We have 2 inch gaps on the ends of about a dozen boards, where it doesn't even meet the wall. We needed flooring for the basement also. Decided to try them for the materials but not the installation. They sold us product we didn't need for the stairs and then refused to take it back afterward because it was past their "deadline" even though it was still a product they carry and sell. We were so done at that point. Used a different company for the dining room, bedrooms, and bathroom and will also not use them for the living room, hallway and kitchen when we do those this next year. Their prices are not that different from other companies who actually treat their customers with respect. Not worth it.

        customer service sucks, call ahead, but even that, dont trust. also, all that huffing because a customer asks you for a sample or to complete an order will not result in repeat business

        Took forever to get service and then couldnt guarantee a time for an in home estimate. Called back 3 days later to see if there might be a time for upcoming estimates. They couldnt find us in the system. If the manager is like this its scary to think about what the flooring staff might be like?
