Sarah, (I’m sorry if I misspelled your name.) the woman administering my MRI at your Health Images at South Park on August 30th at 2p.m. was absolutely fabulous. She was great at her job, extremely caring, kind, pleasant, put me at ease and talked me through the whole procedure. Thank you so much, Sarah! -Jennifer Fellows

worst experience ever - two different techs tried getting an iv in, the first one poked me 4 times and the 2nd one 8 times; all while moving the needle around each time all over inside my arm/hand/wrist. i literally felt like a pin cushion. They finally turned me away after that and sent me to the front desk - who literally had no idea how to help me. She pretty much told me if i wanted an mri to go to the emergency room and demand one. She then handed me my order and went about her business. Most unprofessional front desk personnel - who essentially left me in tears on the way to the car. Now i guess it's up to me to find a place to get an MRI and hope it can be done immediately; not today though, I can't take another needle in my arms.

Their weirdly extensive and complicated covid procedures made me feel this place might be a vector for infection so i didnt go. I guess they have no faith in the vax. I also dont have a car to wait in the parking lot. Then call and whatever just 👎. If you suffer from anxiety or panic attacks i wouldn't go here. Even the constant pain didn't get me in the door for an utrasound.
