After being in the LPL system for ~2 years, we were forced to find other child care due to high staff turnover and vacancies that began to result in random class/school closures. That would have just been a headache to deal with, but we have also been owed a significant amount of money due to account balance in our favor since leaving in May 2022 (time of posting - 10/2022). We have talked to every level of the corporate structure multiple times with promises every time that it will be reimbursed within 24 hours. Clearly those have been empty promises. This also happened to a more limited extent when we were still enrolled, where it would take multiple efforts to be reimbursed for "vacation" days or pandemic related closures. If you are currently enrolled here, make sure any account balance in your favor has been fully reimbursed prior to leaving while you still have some small measure of leverage.

AMAZING! We moved here from WI and were referred here by family that had used this facility in the past. Dani was extremely upfront and explain how they teach the kids and procedures. We absolutely feel in love with this location and the staff. My daughter had scraped her back on a table and they immediately notified me of the incident to make sure I was aware. They truly care about the kids and making sure parents are updated with the app ASAP.

Both of my kids are at Little Peoples Landing in Roxborough, and my kids love it!! One is there full time, and one is there for the summer. Every time they come home they tell me about their day and all of the things they have learned! Not to mention how tired they are from all of the fun theyve had that day! The staff there is awesome and has a great way of communicating with me and handling the kids and keeping them busy!! They are all very friendly and welcoming!!! Completely worth it!!

Do not under any circumstances send your child here if they have any kind of special needs!! We put our three year old son, whom they had full knowledge, was recieving state funded developmental therapies. Assuring us it would be no problem, they had fancy certifications and so on. Now here we are a few weeks later at 9 AM on a Wednesday getting a 30 second phone call from his teacher, Not the director or anyone higher in the corporate chain. Saying we are kicked out of the program with zero notice or even having a conversation about the issues at hand and how they could be corrected. Just come pick up your kid and don't come back. The reason they gave us, he screams and also opens unsecured doors that lead outside. What an absolute joke of a child care facility. They are clearly having issues with being understaffed valuing profits before the children. Honestly in the long run this is probably a blessing in disguise for the health safety and development of our child. Update: they have redacted kicking us out and said we could bring our son back. We decided it was best for our son not to return to a probable negative situation.

My little guy has absolutely loved going here since he was 1. Maria, Brittany and the rest of the staff have been a fantastic resource during some very difficult and critical times. They also provide daily, weekly, monthly and yearly updates on everything your little one is up to complete with pictures and daily food intake. One of the things that I truly appreciate the most is how it is not just a daycare for toddlers, but has been very surprising in the amount my son has learned during his time there. It really does seem to be a good mix of a preschool and care facility. The location is also beautiful, and the drive over there every day is a delight. I couldn't recommend this place more highly for parents looking for the perfect place to start childcare. 10/10.
