Great instructor but the business side of the school is a disaster.
We enrolled our daughter and they didnt put our email addresses (required during enrollment) into their system so we missed important updates. When I asked if there was an email that was sent out about those updates they checked their system and found our email addresses werent listed.
When we cancelled enrollment and asked for email confirmation that we wouldnt be charged for classes as of the upcoming month, we received a snarky response that said we never signed in to something where we would make a payment, so we had never been charged tuition. I replied to that with a screenshot from my bank showing a transaction for the tuition that they charged to our account and that was paid. Unreal.
Maybe if they had added us to email they also wouldve sent information about whatever we were supposed to log in to in order to make payments. Its a good thing my bank and I pay attention to my account because they certainly dont. When our daughter is ready for dance she will go elsewhere.

Our daughter loves this studio, and has been dancing here for 5 years. Her dance education goes will beyond technique, and includes ballet history, contemporary ballet, and more. The faculty at the school is simply outstanding, and they really care about their students. From the youngest dancers to those going on to a professional contract, this school one of the very best in the country for both girls and boys. All levels of dancers have the opportunity to dance in professional.level productions with stunning sets and gorgeous costumes. We checked out a few other schools in the south metro Denver area, but after one class with the International Ballet School, our daughter told us we need to stop looking. This is the best school she could ever imagine. We agree wholeheartedly!
