        So I found out yesterday that if you have a buyer that goes to Tri Point builders make sure that you go with them on your buyers very first visit. As I was told, their management was very strict in not paying the buyers agent commission if the agent did not walk in with their buyers the very first time. I guess they don't believe thar buyers should have someone looking out for their best interest. In my opinion, for the price of the house, I saw less expensive building materials being used as I did walk thru one of their invetory homes. I would think for the price they were asking, they would use materials that should last for a long time, i.e.. roofing material and plumbing.
