        Dr Burke is an amazing oncologist and very professional and personable. The facility in Littleton badly needs a complete upgrade. Very depressing for sick people.

        If you can go elsewhere, I highly recommend that you do. Who likes to be on hold for 30 minutes to get transferred to a voicemail? They don't call back quickly if they do. The front desk staff, mainly the scheduling and insurance process, needs improvement. I don't have these problems with any other medical office, and I deal with many. I've never dealt with this kind of incompetence and just plain disrespect. It's a shame because the nurses in the oncology dept are lovelythe only highlight of this place. That's the only reason for any stars.

        One of the most unfriendly and unprofessional medical offices I've ever dealt with. Waited over 45min past my appointment time and was told there were still 2 others waiting before me. Left the office without ever seeing the Doctor. They made sure to quickly & accurately record my insurance and financial information. Clearly this office focuses on and prioritizes patient billing far over patient care.
