I can't think of any other reason why I would get fired after only working 6 days except for discrimination. I wasn't even given a chance to prove my capabilities. I was still in training and got fired. They didn't want to give me a reason for firing me either. The girl that was training me said it took her 1 month to learn and get things figured out. I was there 6 days, was already figuring things out, learned how to write a quote and then BAM! They fired me for no reason on my 6th day of employement. LIKE YOU GUYS THINK YOU'RE THAT GREAT OF A COMPANY? Thanks for letting me know that you weren't worth working for!!

Disclosure: Former Employee, worked here for 10 years. Great company, great staff and great environment. A-P is a small batch "job-shop" manufacturer serving primarily Aerospace/Defense and industrial automation customers. They have mature quality systems and a culture that incentivizes attention to detail at every level. The facility itself is brightly lit, spacious and air conditioned. The nicest machine shop I've ever been in. They also have an extensive list of sub-suppliers along with an assembly department (licensed A&Ps) so they can truly be one-stop shopping.
