This is why I like Kincaid tree service. they are very busy, several months out for tree trim appointments but today Kincaid person took timeout to visit to examine insects eating away at one part of my crabapple tree. A less experienced, less honest company would have seized opportunity to bill me for expensive insecticide procedure. Kincaid  advised dish soap, no charge.Last year asked Kincaid to look at blue spruce with brown branches. Kincaid visited and just advised giving the tree more water, again declining to charge me a big fee for procedure I didn't need . Another time asked Kincaid to cut dead branches from one tree and trim  two others. The Kincaid team was very knowledgeable about trees and took their time. Also, polite, thoughtful, considerate, thorough and careful to keep the attractive shape of the trees, and not to overdo it.  And when I questioned  amount of work on a fourth tree, they refunded part of the invoice. These people are fantastic, honest, experienced, knowledgeable, and care about relationships with their customers, and provide great value for my money.  highly recommend!

We called this company, after a well known national chain with whom we have been getting mediocre service from, quoted us an estimate of $429.00 an hour for tree removal after a large storm  took down a LOT of branches in the Ft. Collins area recently. This quote did not include "mobilization," which would have been an added fee to get the equipment and crew to our home.  They said this job could last from"4-6 hours." My friends, we are talking 2800 dollars to remove some branches! I called Kincaid after reading its reviews. The person on the phone was courteous, and professional. After hearing the previously quoted price, she validated my assumption that we were being price gouged. She noted my concerns regarding downed limbs in the street, and let me  know they would respond once she conferred with the arborist. We received a call that day, and scheduled for the the next. They took care of every tree, and removed and chipped all the down limbs. They were quick, professional and the trees look amazing! The total cost: well under the quoted price of this other company for one just  hour of work. Having grown up in "Tornado Alley" price gouging leaves a sick feeling in my stomach. taking advantage of folks, in a pandemic no less, to make extra money is criminal. Kincaid will be out new Tree Service Professional. Their integrity and work quality is top notch!!!!ps. They were just as overwhelmed as anyone else, and not one time did I hear anything but our service being their highest priority.
