Sonic Drive-In

Heard the manager yelling at employees, these kids are 16-18 years old and the place had no customers. Employees were nice, the manager needs to get fired, you don't treat employees like that. I hope they find better jobs

Apparently, you think its cool to let go of good employees when something tragic happens in their lives. Food was good, service was good, management was there that day and seemed to be very aggressive towards his employees. Even threatening them with write ups for not being fast enough. Good employees, atrocious management. Good day to those who work there. Management needs changing fast before everyone walks out like they should.

So I went in, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Waited almost 20 minutes(place was pretty much dead). And when I got my food the tots were stale and not even warm to the touch, and they gave me a bacon hamburger? Pushed the button to try and talk to someone, no one responded so I went up to where the car hops come out and asked to speak to someone ( i didnt go in just opened the door), manager came out and I tried to tell him about the mix up. He instantly started berating me, telling me he was going to charge me again for the new sandwich and not offer any refund for the wrong order, got mean and condescending. "I have a business to run, I can't give stuff out for free" he told me. I just wanted the right sandwich.

My food was atrocious, when I talked to the manager he said I was "lying" and "brought it from somewhere else". Definitely would never come here. The McDonalds next door isn't bad though.

The manager of this franchise has mistreated his employees, firing a 16 year old girl because she couldnt come into work because 4 of her friends had just passed away. In these times, we must support each other and this manager is not respectful to his employees
