CPA Solutions, LLC

Like all the other reviews, horrible experience. Used them for 1 year and when I went to cancel, they had literally 0 response or care to save me as a client. 2 years later now and I'm realizing they filed things incorrectly for me and was just assessed with a Tax Lien because of their incompetence. I could give a laundry list of mistakes/errors/etc on their part but I'd rather not waste my time anymore with them. Use pretty much any other CPA firm.

If I could give this company zero stars I would! Very disappointed in the way we were treated by the owner! The owner is very disrespectful and does not care about his customers. I asked for a refund because we wanted to switch to a more local company. We paid up front big mistake! They did very little accounting work for us and will not give us a refund! I would not recommended this company to anyone!

Bad service. Bait-and-switch contract. Arrogant owner. Bad experience. Had to file a fraud claim through Capital One to get my money back.

Like Drew, I would give them a minus five. We sent all required documentation in early December 2021 for the 2022 tax. I worked with Brittni Fain. She said our taxes would take longer because CPA Solutions always file businesses first. So, we waited until March 2022 for an update and received no answers. We called and emailed, and still no one answered. Because no one there replied, we contacted WealthAbility (CPA Solutions sub-contracts clients from WealthAbility). WealthAbility called CPA Solutions, and we finally received an email. They said Brittni was no longer working with them. They also said our taxes were taking longer because they were filing our companies as "C Corporation." We waited another two months, and nothing was done (no filing as C Corporation, no updates). WealthAbility called them again. James/Robbie promised our taxes would take priority and said our taxes would take a few more days, "no weeks, days," he said. Well, you guessed right: after seven more weeks, taxes were not finished! I have all the emails from our conversations; they can't say it's untrue. After EIGHT MONTHS of hearing empty promises, we gave up on them. We spent so much time correcting their filing mistakes (they had many typos in the information we sent), clarification emails, and phone calls. We paid $ 6,000.00 for the Wealthability software and CPA Solutions to file our taxes. No CPA Solutions or Wealthability ever offered discounts to keep a client happy. When they sent our filing to be signed, we checked it out, and the return was so low we decided to return to H&R Block. After ONLY TWO HOURS, 652.00 in fees, we received FIVE MORE TIMES the return of what CPA Solutions proposed. Please, please don't waste your time, money, and resources with them.

SCAM ARTISTS!!!! They had me sign an agreement for over $11,000 and constantly ignored me and NEVER even filed my taxes. Do not trust them, do not ask them for help, and do yourself a favor and find another CPA firm. The amount of emotional damage caused by not getting my return when I was supposed to and potential damage caused to my business is irreparable. Edit: They responded below and said they want to make it right but almost every email I have sent them has been ignored or not answered. They do not wish to fix anything and I have given them multiple chances to as well. They are dishonest and have no ethics. Edit 2: Now they have emailed me to take down my review. It's sad because the only time they reach out is if they are negatively impacted, but when I have questions or concerns they make excuses or ignore me entirely.
