        KATIE ROCKED!!! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT SHE OFFERED ME WHILE SHE WORKED HERE!!! SHE WAS SO HELPFUL IN MY STORAGE RENTAL EXPERIENCE, AND SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO ACCOMODATE ME IN EVERY WAY. SHE ALSO WORKS VERY HARD TO MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY, AND THE OVERALL CLEANLINESS OF THIS FACILITY. WHAT A WONDERFUL MANAGER. 5-23-23 THE PROPERTY IS NOT AS CLEAN AS IT WAS BEFORE KATIE LEFT. PLUS, WHEN I COME AFTER DARK THERE SEEM TO BE HOMELESS VAGRANTS LOITERING BOTH OUTSIDE AND INSIDE.
