        EVERY time I order a burger rare, it comes out either well-done or medium-well. I'm not exaggerating. My buddy drags me here every now and then, 6 times total. I always explain how I want a bloody burger and how it's always overcooked, and yet EVERY time they still overcook it. And every time the waitress just says, "Oh well, I told them" or something dismissing the fact that I'm not getting what I ordered. Never have they tried to fix the problem.
