        Helmets that fit!! I'm glad they stick to quality. Customer service? It wasn't that great on my visit, but it could have been a bad day for the guy on register.

        Employee very rude when I asked about an agreement made with the owner. The owner told me he would ship a snowboard listed on their website. After this agreement, the board mysteriously went up in price and he was unreachable. When I called the shop, the rude employee first said "the system was broken" and he could not sell me the board and then it changed to "you can buy it when we go to the storage unit... in October." Terrible experience. Will make a point to never shop at a Play It Again Sports again.
