        Rented a storage space. Place advertises keypad opens at 6 am. Upon arrival to unload a uhaul, my access code was denied. Another party who has 2 storage units also had access denied. He was on the phone with emergency storage line for 40 minutes and service rep could not get ahold of anyone and told him sorry you will have to come back at 9:30 when staff arrive. I called the emergency line and was given a temporary access code that was also denied. My representative also made numerous calls and could not get ahold of anyone and I was advised I would need to come back. I went back at 9:30 and the staff member was rude and states he reset the facility and he couldnt do anything. Mind you I was late turning in my uhaul and charged extra money due to this since I could not get in at 6 am. I am waiting for the staff members boss to call me regarding this situation. I would not rent from extra storage.
