        Really wish I had something nicer to say here. John was really great in our initial interactions including coming out to take a look at our place and talk through the work we wanted done. He gave me a timeframe for next steps, and then completely ghosted. I called, emailed, and texted and just never heard back. I understand you maybe don't want a job, and I'd have been happy if he made up a story about being too busy or something, but to just never call someone back is a real disappointment and a terrible way to run a business.

        The team at Urban Exteriors were very professional and easy to work with. From the inspection to completion there was open communication, our questions were answered regarding materials and even insurance questions. We were able to get scheduled within just a couple weeks and the work done in 1 day. The crew was on time, respectful of our property and they cleaned up after themselves. We absolutely recommend Urban Exteriors.

        It took 6 months to repair our home after this last hail. The roof over our home, 2 sheds, 6 windows replaced. 6 months? Litterally THE WORST communicators. Be prepared for "we don't do quotes" deal. Take and take and take from your insurance company. So much so, we had 2 more appraisers come out, who quoted us 4 and 10k less respectively. 3rd time I have gone with a Dave Logan sponsored contractor, 3 times it's been dog water. They left paint all over my deck, nails pounded into my railing for no aparant reason, paint dripping down my house, workers picking up yard decor and acting the fool with it, not showing on time (930 PM ringing the doorbell to drop off the trash bin, verifying our address as our project manager gave him the wrong address), taking an extended 6 weeks due to ordering the wrong size window...I can go on and on. No wonder people told us not to use them. I think they have burned a lot of bridges in our town. Positive? Roof and windows don't leak...yet. Lesson learned I suppose.

      Hi Adrienne, I need to apologize. This was my fault. I dropped the ball. My Project Manager that was going to help me put together the estimate and complete the job, should we have won it, had emergency gallbladder surgery and has been out of commission for the last two weeks. It was my fault, I should have communicated this to you that it was going to take longer than expected to get you that estimate. Thank you for calling me out on this. I will try harder in the future so this does not happen again.

      Adrian, we are sorry that your project was drawn out longer than we both would have liked. Often with insurance claims we are at the mercy of the insurance company. We signed the contract with you on May 31st, and your roof was completed on June 15th. The hold-up was with your insurance company relative to your windows. We supplemented the insurance company in June to replace your hail-damaged windows and received an apology from your insurance company in September, saying, "Sorry, we are just getting to this supplement request..." Once we got approval for them to pay for the windows, we ordered them right away, and unfortunately, the windows took six weeks to arrive. We promptly installed them at the end of October and invoiced your insurance company to release the depreciation on the claim. I also apologize for the dumpster company dropping off the dumpster so late. We appreciate you as a client and again, are very sorry for the length of your project, but these things were out of our control.
