Darcy was the perfect realtor! She always went above and beyond to help from start to finish. I worked with Darcy to help sell my brother's condo. I live out of state and she not only gave great ideas on what needed to be done to prepare the property for the sale, but also helped find contractors. She knew the market and once the condo was ready for sale, we had a buyer in less than a week at above asking price. She was extremely responsive through the process of closing.
