Just love Curtis and his team! They are very on top of everything and know what they are doing! Three generations have used Curtis to sell/buy homes and we wouldnt use anyone else. The Wehr team is amazing! Not only have they helped us purchase personal property, but they have helped us build an amazing investment property portfolio. Sold my parents home and we had 2 cash offers. Instead of a bidding war he said " I am not sure we should do that because it can hurt people's feelings." He obviously favored 1 realtor in the cash offer because he sent me a recording from the favored relator of the buyer's veteran status, the disability status and that he was a fireman. I found this to be borderline unethical. My sister and I requested a marketing plan but he only provided a generic plan which had nothing to do with selling my parents home. Now that I am selling my home I know what a real marking plan looks like. I asked to be notified when the buyers would be in the home. I was told 1 time they would be measuring carpet. However, when we would check on the empty house there were painter bids on the counter and lights off and blinds open that we had closed. We had a camera set up so we knew they were in there despite my repeated request to no longer have the future buyers or contractors in the home without being notified. I went to other realtors for advice rather than Curtis because we did not trust him - he was more concerned with appeasing the buyers and their relator than our wishes. Grateful the house sold very quickly but disappointed in the lack of negotiating skills, professionalism and guidance
