Wow! The 6 week program was fantastic. Drama therapy is incredible! I learned so much about myself, my blocks, my forward motion and received grand support from the group and Lucia. I can't encourage you enough to - Give it a shot! You will definitely get something great out of working with The Brave Women's Transformation Project.

The Brave Womens Transformation Project is among my most favorite and impactful personal growth projects/ general fun hobbies ever. Lucia is an amazing facilitator that holds really beautiful space for something that can feel really vulnerable at times. Among the vulnerability and personal growth are also some of the hardest laughs and most nourishing relationships. I have searched for a long time to find like minded and like hearted friends as an adult and I have found amazing friendships through this program. I say, if there is even a tiny seed of inspiration for someone to do or try this program they absolutely should. The prices are incredibly fair for what you walk away with. And who am I kidding? Walk away? Youll want to be coming back every week :)

I attended a Sunday session here and it was amazing. A lot of words come to mind from the experience -- freeing, empowering, supportive, uplifting, and fun! It was great to connect with other women who are on their own journey of bravery and transformation. I enjoyed the activities and how the time was spent/structured. Absolutely recommend for any women who is looking to deepen courage/bravery/personal growth. A very safe space as well (physically/emotionally/mentally).

I had a wonderful experience with brave woman project. I did a womens therapeutic improv introductory class.. I have never done anything like that before. I was nervous and vulnerable and I was met with so much kindness and care by the facilitator, Lucia, and the other participants. Lucia did a marvelous job creating a skillful container and balancing the necessary risk-taking of improv along side, therapeutic process opportunities and regulating exercises. I felt so close to the circle of women when we finished that I was eager to rejoin the group again! I highly recommend it to anyone exploring somatic a therapeutic sessions within a group context or to anyone just interested in trying out improv in a circle of safety.

Lucia has a very unique and powerful way of helping participants realize new insights and personal challenges, in the context of a safe and fun environment. I realized, again, that my competitive little girl self is tapped into when I'm in a group of women, and was able to embrace this part of myself without judgment. I also noticed my ambivalence about being in the spotlight- I sort of like it and fear it at the same time. Other women in the group had all kinds of great insights into their own struggles which I will keep private. Lucia, the leader, is quite affirming, supportive, and challenging, and I applaud her mission to help women's growth in this playful yet effective format. I highly recommend!
