I have had a few sessions with Monica now and I can truly say I feel confident that I will finally get to the root of the problems I have been dealing with due to pelvic floor dysfunction and lower back issues. I really like her approach to pelvic floor therapy. Ive seen one other therapist and they were pretty intrusive right away, so I appreciate Monicas practice and making me feel comfortable

Monica is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. I feel she took significant time to really understand me and my chief complaints. She is very patient, passionate about educating her clients about whats going on, and very confident in her approaches. Were just getting started but Im confident I found the right therapist.

Monica is one of the most knowledgeable and adaptive PTs I've ever worked with (and I've worked with a lot of PTs). Monica is truly an expert in the pelvis and pelvic pain. She helped me immensely with long-term, stubborn lower back and SI joint pain. She was the rehab I needed following my SI joint fusion, and I'm so glad I found her. She has me on a formal "return to run" plan, and the stability work she's done has changed the game for me. If you have any sort of pelvic floor issue, core coordination issue, lower back pain, hip pain, or post-running pain, I cannot recommend her enough!
