I would strongly recommend and endorse St. Anthony Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation. Every appointment was on time and without waiting. Zach is an outstanding care provider and very professional in what he does. Knowing you have a trained PT at each session is very comforting! This was a wonderful experience in every way!

Just finished 6 wks of PT for a partial tear of my rotator cuff. This place is amazing. From the front desk to the therapists I encountered, everyone was very professional and friendly. A special shout out to Zack who listened to my concerns and understood the best way for me to learn. He spent the time showing me the muscle groups I needed to improve. I also loved how open and cheerful the area was, especially with all the windows. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. Was trying to get my dad an appointment here for weeks after a referral from his Dr. I could never get anyone on the phone, left multiple messages and no one ever called back. Finally got someone on the phone for them to tell me they didnt have the referral. Had his doc fax again and same circus of getting someone on the phone for them to tell me they still didnt have the referral. Asked if they could call the Dr. to figure out what was going on & was told I would have to call. Left 2 more messages after the 3rd attempt for the faxed referral and no one called back. Meanwhile my dad is in horrible pain. Had his Dr send a new referral to Select Physical therapy, they called the next day and got an appointment 3 biz days later. Waste of time trying here 1st. Go to Select. They actually care and their customer service is amazing. Would never recommend Centura Outpatient to anyone.
