By far the most fun and challenging full body workout Ive ever done. It is so addicting. I started at Pure Barre three months ago, and I cannot get enough. Prior to Pure Barre, I spent two years being unable to walk even a couple blocks due to severe endometriosis causing excruciating back and hip pain. After my surgery, I needed a low impact activity to fully recover and prevent future injuries. Pure Barre Belmar has been the biggest blessing in my life lately, and Im in the best shape of my life. I feel so incredibly strong, and its just the beginning. The instructors are all amazing, and I love the positive community. I actually look forward to my workouts and that has never been me. So grateful to have found this studio! Highly recommend!

I have made the most steps transforming my goals in all areas here. Stoked to use the Barre, and have made strength and flexibility gains. I have lost 20 pounds as well.

After sustaining serious injuries due to running, I wanted to try a workout that was still challenging and effective, but without the impact on my system. In came Pure Barre and my life was changed! Over the past 7 years, I've taken classes at 8 studios and can honestly say that Belmar is THE BEST. The teachers and staff are so welcoming and helpful. I love starting my mornings with this community!

Have been coming 2-4x a week for about a year and really enjoy it. The instructors are all high energy and great at giving modifications and form fixes. No class is ever the same, but it's always a great workout!
