Dr. Wojciech Bobak, DMD

I dont know where to start. Why over schedule. Appointment was at1:00. Got there at 12:47. Office was out for lunch, come back checkin@. 1. 1:10-1:18 I spoke up about the time. 1:38 get to the chair, doc looks in her mouth tells us what looks good and to wait for the nurse. He looks at another patient tells them what was good and oh a nurse was right there right away. 1:47 . That told me everything I needed to know. The fact the office was over scheduled and politically ignoring us- for what , we had Medicaid. Never gave them a reason to look down on us because if we were- Im sure they would try and penalize us and or try and remove us from their services. Never been late and have communicated anything that has come up. The fact I dont live in the area and wasted money on a Lyft to not be seen and waited around for an hr to have the doctor look in my daughters mouth and waited another 15min till I said something not right and walked out.sitting around for 47 min will get you to pay attention and wonder whats going on. And with that the assistant doc would go to the clients and right after a dental assistant was there. No they kept passing us.

Dr. Bobak was a pleasure to work with for my adult braces! Anything I was concerned about he took care of immediately, I was always very self conscious about my teeth but Dr. Bobak gave me that back. Highly recommend him for all orthodontic needs and didnt break my bank!

My child had an amazing ortho experience. From the beginning to end all of the staff and Dr. B were professional, nice, and friendly. Appointments were easy to make, ortho treatment was amazing. Thank you to all!
