        Upon arriving my truck have a bed camper on the back that is less than 10 feet. One of the workers didn't think it would fit in the bay. I told him I have been to this shop 2 times already with no issue. Upon checking in one of the worker was asking me what oil change I wanted. I told him look up in the system that it should always be the same kind of oil change as twice before. After check out I compared my last service record and I was charged an additional $20 from the previous services. Also during service they told me that I have recommended services that were over due that was never mentioned to me before.
