Since we were moving across the country and dealing with very detailed and precise loan conditions, I had a lot of questions, and John answered every single one quickly and professionally. He called, emailed, and texted to check on us during the whole process - especially when we were having doubts - went above and beyond to get us an amazing approval, did a lot of math, and truly was just an amazing person to work with during a stressful time.
