Tenby is fantastic at what she does. She remains positive while she provides the best information and rates for clients. I was incredibly impressed by Tenby's ability to finance our perfect first home despite some of the obstacles we faced. I would recommend Tenby over and over again to first time home buyers like myself. She was patient and able to explain mundane procedures with great knowledge and in a way that did not make me feel small.

Tenby has been so helpful during the home-buying process. She's there when you need her (even at points when you wouldn't expect her to be available like the weekend you put an offer in on a house and she's at a football game, but also still there if you need her. She's amazing.) She explains everything about the finances involved in buying a house, the process, and if you forget (because the process can be a long one) she'll explain it again. As a first-time home buyer, I'm thankful to have her as my lender because she makes sure things get done on time and advises you with the decisions you're making. I also love that Peak 10 Mortgage requires you to do an educational course as a first-time home buyer because I think it helped prepare me for the process. On top of all of this, Jay from Tenby's team reached out to multiple realtors and helped me find a realtor that fit my needs on the Western Slope. I'd recommend Tenby and her team to anyone!
