        I had a lender set up but with HOA complications, they couldn’t handle my loan. We contacted Marcus at Fairway and he immediately picked up the ball and ran with it - we closed on time and I paid less in closing costs than expected even though I had to put more down than I initially planned. He was super responsive to all of my questions and really just a great person to work with. Highly recommend!

        Angie Midtbo helped us with our previous mortgage, which was complicated by inheritance and self-employment issues as well as other things including a special needs trust. She hung in there with us and did such a great job that we went back to her for our refinance. We were able to get a lower interest rate, cash out for improvements, and finally fund that trust.
