We just moved into the area and decided to try this place on a whim. We weren't disappointed. My family loved the selections. Good portions, great flavors. I'm not exactly a lover of Mexican food, but I will go back. We'll probably visit regularly. Parking: Lots of spots, but wraps around the building.

I would highly recommend this local restaurant - we thoroughly enjoyed the service, the quality of food, and the vibrant yet subtle atmosphere. Our server, Mel was very helpful in suggesting new dishes & drinks. The food was reasonably priced, piping hot, and genuinely delicious. Will be back soon!

Pretty good local spot for Mexican food. We've been here six or seven times and have had pretty good experiences overall. The first time we dined at Jose O'Sheas a few years ago, we had some of the most notable high quality service. We raved about it - the server was friendly, personable, our drinks were never more than an inch down before being refilled, chips and salsa were constantly replenished, food came hot and fast. Total 5 star service! We left so impressed. The other times its been pretty average, nothing over the top or sub par. The margaritas are good, food is decent, the space is big, thematically decorated, and can accommodate groups and the style is festive and colorful. The chips and salsa are good, and the chips come out warm and they usually do a good job with refilling them. If you're interested in the soup, ask them to combine the tortilla soup and chicken and rice soup - it's a good combo! Weve tried a variety of things: nachos, taco salad, quesadilla, fajitas, and the carne asada tacos. The carne asada tacos have been the best so far, favor-wise!
