Same issue as everybody else here! Sent me a claim amount that is higher than what my insurance says I owe them. (The claim number is same and so I know I am not dealing with 2 different bills.) I reconfirmed from my insurance. They got money from the insurance and want more than what they are entitled from me. Now it is my headache to get things fixed. Apparently Apex Pathology can bill whatever amount they fancy and also simultaneously threaten to send it to collections.

Wow what a low level bunch of middlemen!!!
The number listed for them isn't even their number.
When I was patched through, I couldn't even understand the person who answered, I had to ask twice if this was Apex Pathology???
I needed the results of my blood work I had gotten through an ER visit @ St.Anthony's in Lakewood.
First the guy says "Call your provider".
I said it was an ER visit ,so he tells me to hold on, while he patches me through to someone else who tells me to call the ER for my results.
I have a feeling from reading the other reviews that they will be sending me multiple bills .

The absolute worst they sent me collections for a debt that I already paid then they told me that they removed it from Collections and they would send me something in the mail to my new address and it never came then I just got a call from collections again for a bill that I already paid. Avoid this sham of a business

zero stars. I had a surgery months ago and I paid over $3,500 for the procedure. The bills were sporadic and not all together. This company sent me to collections for $120 on another bill that I did not know about and negatively affected my credit. I have tens of thousands of dollars in the bank. I would have paid this small fee had I known it was due. Very poor communication/organizational management.
