        There was a miscommunication regarding the need for an appointment to get my flu vaccine, but the staff was very accommodating in getting me in. I am a bit disappointed that One Medical is not yet providing the COVID or RSV vaccines. I was expecting One Medical to be a bit more proactive in reaching out to me to schedule the annual vaccines. Reminders would insure that I don't forget the vaccines and that I am familiar with the required One Medical process for getting them. They would also provide me with the proper contact information and availability to make the appointments. Thank you!

        I developed a bad UTI after two weeks from prostate surgery. I called for an appointment to be scheduled right away on October 19, 2023. I believe it's the appointment desk personnnel told me, we can't get you in until two weeks. I needed medical attention right away. Rather than hassle with them, I went to ER to get taken care of and an increased co-pay. My PCP is with this clinic.
