I had an appointment scheduled for a followup following a ER visit. They cancelled 3 hours before the appointment because my insurance was no longer accepted. They then recommended going to the emergency room???? For a followup appointment? Why would I go to the ER for anything besides an emergency? How stupid do you have to be to recommend the ER to someone who is not having an emergency?

I've been seeing Dr. Hedberg as my primary care doc for five years. He is trustworthy and knowledgable. He has a broad range of medical expertise to form treatment plans, and refer medical issues out if a specialist is needed. You'll be in good hands with Dr. Hedberg.

I can't recommend this place to any prospective patients. My husband had an appointment and lab work done, and expressed to his physician in that appointment that he'd like a phone call to discuss the results. His physician agreed. The labs were released to us without a phone call. We spoke with the office daily, requesting a call back from this physician, but never received one. We received a portal message saying "everything is fine," but weren't given the chance to speak with the physician about our additional questions and concerns. The staff on the phone used canned responses and did not express any empathy while working with us. I'm disappointed that patient care here ends at the exam room, and that the practice feels it's unreasonable for a patient to expect more from their "primary care" provider. I work in healthcare and I understand that provider schedules are busy; something is wrong at the practice level if there's not time built in for patient callbacks, though. We're finding alternative care and won't return. I've already called the Patient Experience number that's communicated in copy-paste response to every negative review of this business - no answer, and no call back.

I just started seeing A.Higgins as a new patient and shes been attentive, understanding and open to my thoughts on theories about my health. The front desk staff is friendly as are all the assistants and phlebotomists. I was able to schedule an intake one week where they did my blood draws. Came back a week later for an annual physical and was able to review my results one by one with her and left feeling very reassured about my overall health. Will definitely be staying at this office for the foreseeable future.
