I'm really at a loss for what to say here. I am incredulous as to how difficult, and seemingly impossible, it is for these people to do their job. For one, they sent my meds to the wrong pharmacy location despite me confirming where to send it to. It was annoying to fix but I dealt with it. But getting the appropriate bloodwork done was an absolute nightmare. For one they sent the bloodwork orders in as a mess. I had already been waiting for 1 hour at this point at Labcorp and I call to ask them to send in the bloodwork orders properly, they say they are sending right now. Of course they do not send it, so I call again and they say they will fax it right away. I confirm to only send in bloodwork requests for 3 items. Of course they send in only 2/3 things correctly, but labcorp can't pick and choose which bloodwork they do so I am forced to get a test I don't want. At this point I'm in tears, demoralized, and so stressed. I call back and ask them to send in a single test, the test they didn't include in the 3 they sent in. They promise they will do it. You already know the ending, I find out they never did Look, I get medical offices are understaffed. But the amount of incompetency here for a place that deals with medical issues is frightening and frankly disturbing. These are not complicated things, this is sending meds to a pharmacy and sending in bloodwork request. This is me confirming for them to still get it wrong. How can you call yourself a legit medical practice? I literally am stunned and have never seen anything anywhere close to this bad.
