What can we say? Awesome! She has taken care of my grandfather, mom and dad. And they always feel much better afterward. For my grandfather - it has helped him with his immune system and in the past 3 years since he started going to Amy rarely gets sick. I believe he has gotten a cold and that's it! I went to Amy during my 38th week of pregnancy and I wish I would have gone sooner. She helped relieve much of the swelling in my hands and feet. Plus the massage and pressure points she touched felt amazing, so soothing. It was my first time doing reflexology and she taught me a lot about it. Her demeanor is kind, courteous, and gentle. I definitely recommend her!

I saw Amy for the first time last week and I am so glad to have met her! I really think she can tune the body to a more relaxed, healing stage. When I left, I could turn my neck pain free and I didn't sleep all tensed up as I usually do. I look forward to continued sessions; she knows her stuff!

I didn't know how beneficial reflexology could be until my visit with Amy. The entire process was educational. I left with tips to help with some chronic pain I began to experience recently. She was professional and welcoming. The entire visit was so relaxing and much needed.

I first learned of Tibetan Cranial while living in California and was impressed with how it realigned my jaw; so when my jaw was feeling out of sorts following a dental visit I immediately looked for a TC practitioner and found Amy. Not only does a session with Amy release my tense jaw, it provides freedom of movement for my cervical spine as well. As a fellow bodyworker, I'm really particular about who I allow to work on me. I've always left Amy's office feeling relaxed and with improved range of motion. Definitely opt for the TC and reflexology combo as it's simply divine!
