I really love getting massage treatments at Mama Jane Massage. Liz and Quinn are both highly skilled therapists who are trained in diverse massage methodologies. I am chronically ill / dynamically disabled and working with Quinn regularly over the past year has helped So Much! As a result, I'm in much less pain, my body is less reactive, and I have more stability and mobility in my joints. Thank you so much Quinn and Liz!

I have been seeing Liz for years and cant say enough good things about Mama Jane Massage. I first found Liz through a acupuncturists referral because I was having horrible hormonal issues (bad PMS, nausea etc). I had the abdominal massage done, it was life changing - all the horrible things went away almost immediately. I also had prenatal and postnatal massages during/after my twin pregnancy. I have recently gotten massaged by Quinn. Another stellar person who is connected to their clients. I love this business and these fabulous women.

There's a reason they are the most recommended for prenatal massage. I really enjoyed my massage and got so much relief from it. I will be returning in the future. Quinn was professional and knowledgable. I enjoyed her calmness and direction. I was trying to get any relief I could from my pregnancy pains and she knew all the right places to massage and I left feeling pain free. I could go for a longer walk with my dog afterwards. It was amazing. Thank you again!

I have so many thoughts about Liz at Mama Jane Massage. The words that come to mind are: healing, known, empowered, loved. Healing: I have been on a fertility journey for 8 years. I now have two beautiful babies. My husband and I tried to conceive for many years. Lost several of babies. Around 5 years ago I was referred to Liz. My life literally changed as she was one of the first women in my prenatal/postpartum team. She started with abdominal massages for years we worked on my hormones, and general pain. It reconnected me to my body like nothing else. Liz was so patient, and I her hands are literally HEALING BALMS. I believe with my whole heart she helped my body get to a healthy place so I could conceive. Known: Liz is very intuitive. And asks so many questions before every session to really hear out what's going on with my body. Soon, after a few sessions I felt like my body felt so known by her that it could relax into a healing posture. Empowered: Liz was by my side as my doula for both of my children. I want to cry about that. Happy, thankful tears. She helped me learn how to be in tune with my body and birth wishes. I feel so empowered by her to use my voice for what I needed before birth and even DURING. Which was EVERYTHING. LOVED: After I lost my babies Liz hand delivered some healthy food for me the day after. Liz, you have no idea how much you've changed my families life. We will never forget it. Ever.
