Very helpful while you increase your expenditures. However, after 5 years and disappointing returns (as in I keep paying, and the balance doesn't seem to increase proportionally), I am rewarded with dodged phone calls and customer service on par with most airlines. Thanks I guess... Can you please send me the paperwork so I can stop wasting my money?
