        The process of getting my two claims done has been insufferable. Their slogan: "You're in Good Hands" is a joke. They don't answer your questions, emails, or voicemails. Depending on who you talk to at any given point, you get conflicting information. Their processes and procedures are convoluted, confusing and frustrating.
