Takes them 2-3 days to make policy changes. Had to log in and cancel a vehicle on my own and because they forgot to cancel it, lost my ability to backdate the cancellation. Essentially I paid for auto insurance I didn't need. When I went to renew my homeowners and auto, I decided to pay in full for a discount. I paid in full for both, which was almost $3,0000 -- and my account still showed that I was going to be charged the automatic 'EZ Pay' amount the following day. I cancelled my automatic payments because i didn't want to be double charged. She charged a fee on both policies because I lost my 'EZ Pay discount' -- was not willing waive the charge, and blamed me on the phone. Super rude. Her team is clueless too if you happen to get one of her assistants on the phone.

Got new homeowner's insurance today. Amy gave me a great quote, took care of everything imaginable with professionalism and courtesy. Yet what impressed me the most was that she was incredibly responsive. Every time I had a question, she got back to me immediately. Faster than I could believe. Soooo impressed. I highly recommend Amy and her team.
